All neighborhoods are unique.

I live in Ponderosa Park in Sunnyvale. Here is an example of information that helps sell homes.

Ponderosa Park is a neighborhood in Sunnyvale named after the centrally located park and award winning elementary school. It is bordered by Evelyn Ave, El Camino, Wolfe Road and Lawrence Expressway. Prior to its’ development the land was filled with citrus orchards and many homes have a remaining tree to remind us of the past. Ten acres was originally a strawberry farm and one tract name remains “Strawberry Gardens”. Portions of the neighborhood showcase the post World War II housing boom from the 1950’s that swept much of Sunnyvale. Through the 1960’s and 1970’s builders like American Housing Guild, McKellar Homes and Ditz Crane built homes here. With development names like Bradford Square and Little Spain, Toll Bothers has carried on this tradition in the former Corn Palace land. Ponderosa remains a favored location in Sunnyvale and is fantastic location for families, commuters and south bay residents!
